LDIF Management Team selects organizations or entities with a track record of yielding results, good leadership structure, and with the mission of focusing on Women, Children & Youth, using the following four-step process.
LDIF Management team oversees all projects and ensures project management and delivery quality. Our goal for each project is to provide a governance role designed to reduce project risk and improve our outcomes.
Poverty reduction through economic development is the overarching goal of the LDIF. Therefore, each project is evaluated using the accountability, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making framework. LDIF Management Team conducts all project evaluations to ensure that projects are implemented according to the plan and meet our overall objectives.
LDIF has established a control system that closely monitors each project's effectiveness by ensuring the project is on track during the planning and execution phases. The committee will also monitor project-related details (e.g., budgets, schedules, scope, etc.) against the goals to ensure our projects are on the right track.
The project recipients are responsible for submitting a detailed project report including but not
limited to project expenses, impact, and sustainability plans.

The Project is being implemented on a twelve-month grant cycle using a phased approach. Phase I was implemented through a One Day Clean-up Campaign, and Phase II is a monthly initiative combined with education.
